SPICY TAHINI SAUCE

INGREDIENTS: 
 

2 Tbsp SUGAR

2 Tbsp HOT WATER

3 Tbsp TAHINI

2 Tbsp GOCHUJANG OR RED CHILLI PASTE

5 Tbsp VINEGAR

5 Tbsp SOY SAUCE

1 Tbsp SESAME OIL

1 Tbsp SESAME SEEDS

METHOD:​
 

  1. Mix sugar in hot water for about 10seconds until it dissolves 
     

  2. Add Tahini each remaining ingredient one at a time, mixing in between each
     

  3. Sprinkle sesame seeds over top to serve 

THE SAUCE IS GREAT AS A DRESSING FOR SALADS, ROASTS OR AS A SPREAD IN SANDWICHES
