INGREDIENTS:
RED RADISH 1 BUNCH
SALT 1 tsp
RICE VINEGAR 1 tsp
RAW SUGAR 1 tsp

PICKLED RED RADISH

METHOD:

Wash radish
-
Remove roots and slice the radish thinly
-
Mix salt with the radish and let it sit for 15 minutes
-
Mix the rice vinegar and sugar until the sugar dissolves
-
Ad the mixture to the radish
-
Can be eaten straight away but it's best to leave it for 15 minutes before serving
PICKLED RADISH CAN LAST UP TO A COUPLE DAYS
