INGREDIENTS: 

RED RADISH 1 BUNCH 
SALT 1 tsp
RICE VINEGAR 1 tsp
RAW SUGAR 1 tsp

METHOD:​
 

  1. Wash radish
     

  2. Remove roots and slice the radish thinly
     

  3. Mix salt with the radish and let it sit for 15 minutes
     

  4. Mix the rice vinegar and sugar until the sugar dissolves  
     

  5. Ad the mixture to the radish
     

  6. Can be eaten straight away but it's best to leave it for 15 minutes before serving

PICKLED RADISH CAN LAST UP TO A COUPLE DAYS
