KINPIRA CELERY

INGREDIENTS: 

 

4 STALKS OF CELERY (350G)
1 FRESH OR DREID CHILLI
1 Tbsp VEGETABLE OIL
2 Tbsp SAKE
1 Tbsp SOY SAUCE
1 Tbsp ROASTED SESAME SEEDS

METHOD:

  1. Cut celery into 5cm length and then slice them length wise thinly
     

  2. Slice the chilli the same way
     

  3. In a wok or frying pan pour vegetable oil over medium high heat and fry all sliced celery and chopped chilli.
     

  4. Add sake and keep frying until celery become soft and all the liquid evaporates.
     

  5. Add soy sauce and sesame oil, then mix well.
     

  6. Turn the heat off and sprinkle roasted sesame seed using your fingers to crush them.
